Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and publish new documentation and learning content (help articles, answer-first FAQs, tutorials, and getting-started paths) that’s accurate and prioritized by reader and ticket data.
  • •Maintain the content lifecycle by keeping materials current through product launches, performing freshness reviews, updating launch-day content, and retiring stale content.
  • •Produce learning experiences across formats including written docs, short-form video, microlearning, interactive courses, quick walkthroughs, GIFs, and in-product tips.
  • •Plan and manage an effective content calendar by sequencing topics for maximum impact based on what customers need most.
  • •Improve findability and outcomes by structuring content for search and AI assistants, and tuning based on metrics like completion, watch-through, self-serve resolution, deflection, and CSAT.
