Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations as a Commis I by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization, follow recipes and plating standards, and assist with stock rotation and inventory management. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination, ensure ingredients and equipment are ready, and support smooth workflow through clear communication with kitchen staff.
