Job Summary

Design, implement, and maintain identity and directory services to strengthen enterprise authentication and security posture. You’ll administer large-scale Active Directory and LDAP environments, integrate on-prem and cloud directories (including Office 365), and automate IAM operations with scripting and APIs. Partner with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges, deliver reports, and support a 24/7 on-call incident rotation for identity-related issues across all environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy and manage LDAP/directory services for enterprise authentication, authorization, and incident resolution.
•Support and administer large-scale Active Directory environments, including multi-domain forests and cloud/on-prem directory integrations.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve business challenges, and deliver technical/business-facing reports.
•Automate IAM processes using scripting languages and integrate via APIs to streamline operations.
•Provide 24/7 IAM support through an on-call rotation for incident response, including weekends and holidays.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in directory services and authentication protocols, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
•Proficiency in automation and integration using APIs (Radiant Logic, Okta, Entra) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
•Strong technical skills in Active Directory and LDAP, including attributes, queries, GPO configuration, DNS, networking, and LDAP troubleshooting.
•Experience managing server and infrastructure environments, including Windows Server (2016–2025), Linux, PKI, and SSL certificate management.
•Effective communication and problem-solving to lead identity-related troubleshooting and collaborate with stakeholders.
