Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver teaching on advanced manufacturing programmes aligned with apprenticeship standards and learning delivery models.
  • •Plan, monitor, and evaluate curriculum while promoting a positive and meaningful learning culture.
  • •Prepare and mark assessments, providing clear, constructive feedback for apprentices’ skills and knowledge development.
  • •Conduct apprentice performance reviews and set targeted objectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Produce timely reports on apprentice progress and support interviews, enrolment, induction, open days, and enrichment activities.

Salary: GBP 43,509 - 46,702

  • •Engineering experience in at least one discipline: Sheet Metal Work or Steelwork (Fabrication).
  • •Deliver engaging, innovative learning resources through strong teamwork.
  • •L3 qualification in the subject field.
