Account Project Manager

Own enterprise client projects end-to-end by building a deep understanding of the InEvent platform and proactively recommending the best approach to meet client goals. Triage and improve the customer experience, drive upsells and expand usage within client organizations, and optimize customer success processes. Mentor and coach customer success trainers for major enterprise accounts, while leveraging CRM tools and troubleshoot client needs using strong technical skills.
