Job Summary

We are seeking a QA, Release & Service Desk professional to ensure quality, stability, and compliance of retail technology across store operations. You’ll lead testing and release management for POS and store systems, support fiscalisation and pricing/product integration with D365, oversee the Retail Service Desk, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver reliable retail technology solutions.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and document system and release testing for core retail applications and devices.
•Oversee 24/7 service desk operations and act as third-line support for escalations, including SLA monitoring and incident management.
•Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with Operations and business teams, and provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams.
•Maintain and improve testing, release notes, and support workflows; manage defect tracking and resolution.
•Serve as a liaison between Technology, D365, and Operations to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Key Requirements

•Experience with POS systems and retail IT environments.
•Strong background in testing, QA, and release management or service delivery.
•Knowledge of fiscalisation requirements in retail.
•Proven experience in service desk operations, SLA monitoring, or incident management.
•Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills.
