Key Responsibilities

•Recruit across an assigned region for the sales team and become a subject matter expert for roles and market
•Develop relationships with managers to understand department hiring needs and job specs
•Use multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates
•Screen resumes and manage candidates through the hiring process from interview preparation to offer
•Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment (construction or similar Operations industries)
•Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor and Grayscale
•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
•Experience in developing recruitment strategy
•Ability to travel when required
