Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a comprehensive executive hiring strategy aligned with FAB goals, vision, and values.
  • •Own and monitor executive hiring delivery against scorecard measures and targeted hiring timelines for EXCO and N2 roles.
  • •Track, report, and provide commentary on executive and N2 hiring performance, including progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
  • •Drive governance and oversight of executive hiring activity, escalating risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment on hiring milestones and outcomes.
  • •Manage executive search activity, including executive search firms/partners, agency utilization, external recruitment spend, and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
  • •12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant executive search and leadership hiring in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • •Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for executive, senior leadership, and critical business roles.
  • •Experience partnering with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, and HR leadership teams.
  • •Expertise in executive search methodologies (direct sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive assessment); CIPD (preferred).
