Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and maintain the PSM written compliance plan and related policies, processes, and procedures to mitigate risk of accidental releases.
  • •Conduct annual internal mechanical integrity inspections, hazard analyses, audits, and incident investigations; coordinate repair work orders and inspection project management.
  • •Track and drive completion of regulatory recommendations arising from inspections, hazard analyses, audits, and incident investigations.
  • •Maintain Process Safety Information, including P&ID drawings, equipment files, process flow diagrams, PSI calculations, relief valve data, and plot plans.
  • •Administer PSM/RMP recordkeeping and coordinate emergency response planning program administration and HAZWOPER training, including facility PSM training for refrigeration operators and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two years of clerical experience with experience in manufacturing safety and/or ammonia refrigeration preferred.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, including OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM).
  • •Proficient computer skills for timely and accurate data entry; experience with EAM-PM and AutoCAD preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization and resolve issues efficiently.
  • •Strong self-starter with initiative and urgency, plus excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
