Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily sales/commercial activity and long-term growth opportunities for assigned products within Eaton’s Mobility Group.
  • •Deliver on revenue and profitability targets by selling value and achieving pricing actions aligned to budgetary/contractual adjustments and targeted price changes.
  • •Manage commercial aspects for assigned product in NA, including program quoting and negotiation, commercial warranty claims, and pricing activities tied to account impacts from program scope changes.
  • •Develop and deploy market-driven pricing strategies in consensus with product managers, supporting globally consistent pricing and long-term financial targets.
  • •Act as a key interface for strategic customer issues, lead customer scorecard reviews with operations, monitor market dynamics, and identify/advance new opportunities through sales stages.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,000 - 151,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum four (4) years of sales experience with automotive OEMs and/or Tier I suppliers.
  • •Ability to think and act strategically with strong interpersonal communication.
  • •Well-developed financial and analytical skills, including working with ERP systems and financial models to track and negotiate scope-change impacts.
  • •Evidence of leadership by developing relationships, aligning with regional business goals, and adapting strategies to change.
