Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to industry customers, helping them successfully adopt Unity and realize business value. Collaborate with support, sales, and product teams to drive retention and growth through customer calls and outreach. Act as the voice of customers by channeling feedback to internal teams to improve the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise customers on how to optimally apply Unity tools to achieve business objectives.
•Run customer calls to support retention and growth by understanding needs and identifying risks.
•Help customers move through their subscriptions successfully and promote feature adoption via calls and email outreach.
•Analyze customer behavior patterns using CRM tools and customer health scoring to improve retention and prevent blockers.
•Collect and funnel customer feedback to internal teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey and address product gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: DKK 40,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Experience working in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, or Automotive industries.

•Comfort managing multiple customers across different verticals and stages of growth while adapting to changing business needs.
•Strong analytical and technical skills with a data-driven approach.
•English communication skills (written and verbal).
