Shape measurable customer success by defining and scaling the value engineering practice across dbt and Fivetran. Partner with strategic sales and account teams to craft value delivery strategies, lead business cases and value reviews, and translate technical capabilities into quantified business outcomes. Conduct workflow analysis, deliver executive-ready presentations, run trainings/workshops, and help build GTM motions and scalable tools that prove product value and grow deal sizes.

•Analyze customer workflows and processes to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
•Create executive presentations, partner with leadership on GTM value motions, and conduct training/workshops to improve discovery and customer excellence.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
•Expert knowledge and experience in value-based-selling methodologies.
•Demonstrated experience building and briefing business cases to economic buyers and other executives.
•Expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and establishing a value delivery model.
•Ability to project manage across multiple workstreams, including defining scope, expectations, timelines, and delivery; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
