Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and review Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, and tool/fixture designs.
  • •Support a manufacturing area as part of a cross-functional team by guiding production through process troubleshooting and incorporating engineering changes into the MDP.
  • •Disposition non-conforming material using root cause and corrective action analysis.
  • •Drive continuous improvement to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate where needed, and reduce direct and indirect costs using CORE principles and data-driven decision making.
  • •Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators and lead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
