Demand Planning Manager

Drive short- and medium-term demand forecasting to support operational performance through capacity planning and resource optimization. Build and maintain reporting packs for forecasts, demand trends, capacity plans, and resource requirements, partnering with operations teams on workforce planning. Coordinate capacity and resource planning across departments and locations, manage planning model system parameters, and support training and continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and JDI.
