Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate mechanical and electronic equipment including pumps, motors, control valves, meters, tank gauging and proving equipment, pressure/temperature gauges, and SCADA equipment.
  • •Maintain and repair electrical equipment and control systems including valve actuators, switchgear/substation equipment, motor control centers, PLC-based controllers, safety systems, and SCADA interfaces.
  • •Maintain required Department of Transportation records, CMV logs/documentation, and area maintenance/repair records.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and lubrication schedules on terminal and mainline equipment, and support various projects as needed.
  • •Assist in training other technicians and collaborate with vendors, inspectors, and station/terminal personnel; respond to 24-hour emergency call-outs and perform work including nights/weekends/holidays when required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and/or technical school degree (or equivalent preferred).
  • •Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and mechanical drawings, and maintain as-built drawings.
  • •Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing refined petroleum products pipeline systems and station/terminal equipment (experienced technicians).
  • •Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, and DOT requirements for calibration and maintenance records and safety inspections/reports.
  • •Ability to pass Operator Qualification (OQ) requirements and maintain required driving/Commercial Motor Vehicle physical requirements, including a valid State driver's license.
