Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and constant feedback.

  • •Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making.
  • •Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a feedback-oriented mindset.
