Key Responsibilities

  • •Decompose end-to-end processes by mapping current-state flows, quantifying effort and risk, and leading eliminate/simplify/agentify analysis before automation.
  • •Architect agentic solutions including task/agent decomposition, orchestration patterns, tool/data access, memory/context strategy, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • •Translate inventions into buildable solutions by developing agent workflows, prompt/context strategies, MCP/connector and integration requirements, and evaluation criteria.
  • •Prototype and build working agentic solutions, validating fit and value prior to full delivery (or directing platform engineers).
  • •Drive multi-functional delivery to first production release, measure value post-release, and codify reference flows, decomposition patterns, and playbooks while mentoring agentic champions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience combining technical delivery with business process work.
  • •Proven track record decomposing complex business processes and crafting/building technical solutions.
  • •8+ years overall experience with 3+ years in AI/ML, including recent hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.
  • •Experience leading workshop-based process redesign and translating findings into requirements.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with enterprise AI/automation platforms and technical experience across Python, .NET/C#, SQL, and APIs.
