Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical relationship with partners to align on joint GTM strategies, enable deep technical discovery, and support architectural design to sell scalable Cloudflare Platform solutions.
  • •Drive and own the end-to-end Technical Account Plan (TAP) and ensure alignment on CF1 and AI adoption targets, including champion building within partner organizations.
  • •Enable partners across the deal lifecycle, including technical validation, proof-of-concept, demos, pipeline generation, and delivery of solution architecture sessions for named partners.
  • •Accelerate partner services delivery by owning the ASD partner journey and co-developing joint services catalogues focused on CF1 and AI security assessments.
  • •Leverage Cloudflare OS and AI tools to automate standard technical tasks, participate in PTAC for product feedback and co-innovation, and maintain architectural health using telemetry.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience (e.g., systems engineer, solutions architect, or technical account manager) in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
  • •Strong technical depth in Cloudflare One (CF1) or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security, plus hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
  • •Proven track record developing technical talent or building “champion” programs within partner organizations to drive adoption of complex cloud networks and AI technologies.
  • •Deep understanding of enterprise IT and multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments while managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
