Key Requirements

  • •Experienced semiconductor process engineering background with knowledge of PVD, CVD, ETCH, or RTP processes.
  • •Ability to design, run, and test wafer-level experiments in a complex laboratory environment.
  • •Experience characterizing hardware and applying new technologies/methods for hardware characterization.
  • •Ability to generate internal/external documentation including presentations, technical reports, and process engineering specifications.
  • •Preferred: CMOS or compound semiconductor device integration experience.
