Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead upstream planning, blueprint and grand design development, and requirements definition for Microsoft 365 projects within enterprise environments.
  • •Oversee design, build, deployment, migration, and adoption activities for Microsoft 365 workloads and related governance.
  • •Propose and implement solutions using Teams, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft 365 services to address client business requirements.
  • •Lead presales activities including requirements gathering, scoping, proposal creation, and client presentations; coordinate project teams and partner engagement.
  • •Manage stakeholder communications and project governance, including status reporting, risk management, and budgeting.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years combined experience in Microsoft 365 design/build, consulting, or related services
  • •Azure AD/Active Directory authentication design and build
  • •Intune/MECM device management design and deployment
  • •Microsoft 365 design, deployment, and governance including Teams QoS, Direct Routing, and Calling Plan
  • •Pre-sales experience: solution scoping, proposal creation, and client presentations
