Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business users and stakeholders via workshops, interviews, and observations to capture business and technical requirements.
  • •Translate business rules into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and data-mapping matrices.
  • •Design system workflows and coordinate with developers on API implementations, data pipelines, and system integrations.
  • •Run SQL queries for data profiling and reconciliation to investigate issues, validate integrity, and support ETL/migration processes.
  • •Create test plans and test cases, and coordinate and execute UAT and system integration testing to meet quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • •X+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with both functional and technical responsibilities.
  • •Proficiency writing SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Oracle/SAP.
  • •Strong analytical skills for gap analyses, feasibility studies, and process mapping.
