•Lead guided up to 30-minute Pod demos — greeting each guest by name and delivering a personalized experience from the moment they walk in
•Close on-site sales, walk guests through pricing, financing options, and delivery details with confidence and clarity
•Adapt your approach to each guest — some walk in ready to buy, others are just curious. Read the room and meet them wherever they are in the purchasing journey
•Represent Eight Sleep with the energy, knowledge, and polish of someone who genuinely believes in the product — because you will sleep on it yourself
•Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Your performance is measured by conversion rate, guest feedback, and total sales

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 annually

•Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, or willing to relocate for the duration of the program
