Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion a culture of safety and ensure GMP compliance, identifying and mitigating risks to food safety, product quality, and personnel well-being.
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain electrical controls using schematics and manuals, resolving automation/robotics software issues and PLC/touchscreen problems to reduce downtime.
  • •Diagnose and resolve control networking issues, and collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and maintain servers for uninterrupted operations.
  • •Lead automation improvement efforts by partnering with management and engineering on projects that optimize processes and reliability.
  • •Create and maintain electrical and automation documentation and training materials, organizing and backing up key files for secure, quick access while mentoring technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree from an accredited college or technical school and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • •Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, technical procedures, and regulations in English.
  • •Write routine reports, procedural manuals, and correspondence in English, and present information in one-on-one and group settings.
  • •Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell automation.
  • •Provide technical leadership to maintenance technicians and communicate issue/project status effectively across teams and vendors.
