Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile the general ledger to supporting documentation and ensure journal vouchers are complete, accurate, and posted on time.
  • •Provide inventory tracking and reporting, including physical inventory coordination and roll forward to year-end.
  • •Prepare journal entries for closing and recognize, resolve, and coordinate on account discrepancies with internal and external contacts.
  • •Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports and outside processing data; support ABL inventory reporting for audits and appraisal.
  • •Ensure SOX controls around inventory tracking and reporting and perform related accounting work to maintain compliance with CGAM.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • •CPA or MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 5–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • •Experience with SAP, strong Excel skills, and SOX/internal controls.
