Key Requirements

  • •Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Have a minimum of 10 years of healthcare sector experience designing hospital/medical facilities and related buildings, with proven project management capability.
  • •Hands-on experience with hospital or medical centre projects including ACMV, Fire Protection and Detection, Medical Gas systems, Cold/Hot water systems, and Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage.
  • •Registered with the Board of Engineers (BEM) and preferably hold a Professional Engineer practice certification.
  • •Strong proficiency in BIM (3D-6D concepts and LODs ranging from 200 to 400) and familiarity with healthcare-specific codes and local/international building code procedures.
