Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Marketing and Growth leadership to define KPI trees and measurement frameworks that align global reactivation efforts with long-term business goals.
•Architect advanced analytics solutions using BigQuery, GA4, and behavioral datasets to uncover deep insights into churn patterns and lifecycle optimization.
•Design and analyze rigorous A/B tests and incremental lift studies to ensure global marketing strategies are rooted in statistical truth and clear ROI.
•Lead the integration of AI and automation tools to build scalable, self-service reporting assets that democratize data access across the organization.
•Develop automated reporting and dashboards that democratize data access and enable self-service analytics.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Customer/Marketing Analytics, including customer retention metrics, A/B testing, and analytics in fast-paced B2C or subscription-based businesses.
