  • •Execute operational customer service activities, such as scheduling and sending materials to field teams, and monitoring logistics processes
  • •Respond to customer requests according to their needs with a Customer First approach
  • •Support area leaders and coordinators in customer service activities and monitoring department indicators
  • •Update area indicators as needed
  • •Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth front-line customer interactions

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Process Management, Economics or Accounting Sciences
  • •Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • •Proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • •Strong organizational skills and teamwork
  • •Availability to intern 3 days on-site (07:45-15:20) and 2 days remote per week
