Key Responsibilities

•Develop agent frameworks natively for Windows and create the technical roadmap for always-on, self-evolving AI assistants on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
•Optimize Windows agent runtimes to ensure autonomous agents operate within detailed, policy-based privacy and security frameworks (filesystem access, secure inference routing, network egress).
•Partner with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community to ensure a strong consumer hardware ecosystem for autonomous agents.
•Mentor engineers, establish guidelines for AI agent deployment, and write reliable, production-ready code.
•Integrate local inference and sandboxed execution components to support secure, efficient local operation of open-source AI agents on consumer PCs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 431,250 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a Staff or Lead Architect role.
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing, and system-level security architecture.
•Experience with LLM inference pipelines (Ollama, Llama.cpp, vLLM) and GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, TensorRT) running local models on consumer hardware.
•Proficiency with C++ and Python, plus AI orchestration/agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain) and multi-agent tool use.
