Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational workflow for onboarding retirement advisory clients, including agreement execution, account creation, and plan documentation intake.
  • •Coordinate client setup in CRM and ensure internal systems are prepared for plan launch, including fund lineups in Envestnet.
  • •Own the quarterly Plan Health Report (PHR) process by collecting and reconciling data from 20+ recordkeeping partners and auditing discrepancies.
  • •Manage quarterly advisory fee billing workflows, create and update billing records, and conduct audits of billing and plan-paid fee data.
  • •Review and update internal knowledge articles and lead compliance approval for client-facing collateral while serving as a primary liaison with RIA.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in defined contribution space (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), or Profit-Sharing plans).
  • •2-3 years of experience in implementation or project management.
  • •Experience in retirement plan onboarding, 401(k) plan operations, financial services, or a client service-oriented environment.
  • •Proficiency with data management and reporting tools, such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Envestnet, and Excel.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, accountable approach.
