Job Summary

Support HVAC technicians on Trane’s Rental Services team by assisting with daily maintenance, repair, operation, and inspection of rental equipment. Help ensure rental equipment is prepared and ready for customers, coordinate parts delivery, and support depot activities including safety/housekeeping, job order fulfillment, and basic vehicle maintenance. Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow safety standards while participating in an on-call rotation with occasional overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Team Leader with rental fleet maintenance, safety/housekeeping, and job order fulfillment.
•Assist HVAC technicians with servicing products and equipment on assigned projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate with HVAC technicians to prepare rental equipment for customers and coordinate parts delivery to job sites.
•Perform depot support duties, including potential vehicle maintenance as needed.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets while participating in on-call rotation.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 23.14 - 38.67 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; some HVAC industry experience or technical school education preferred.
•Experience with 480V/208V electricity and using a multi meter.
•LOTO (lock out tag out) experience required.

•Universal EPA certification required or willingness to obtain.
