Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain core metrics systems for platform content safety and risk, including content violation, user report, and account risk identification.
  • •Develop monitoring and anomaly detection systems to identify and analyze security incidents and support risk alerts and policy adjustments.
  • •Use statistical methods (including A/B testing, causal inference, and regression) to evaluate security policy effectiveness and optimize experiment design.
  • •Develop quantitative analysis systems for business challenges using data mining to identify optimization opportunities and drive implementation with cross-functional partners.
  • •Explore and standardize data analysis methodologies, create reusable analysis frameworks/tools, and participate in designing data products for business teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science or a related discipline.
