Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide contracts management delivery across business line project phases and ensure process compliance of the Manager Contract Management function across portfolios.
  • •Drive contracts negotiations with customers/clients and coordinate workloads and resources with Contracts Director/Senior Contracts Director.
  • •Ensure timely completion of mandatory training for self and teams and implement/enforce/verify compliance with McDermott policies and procedures.
  • •Manage relationships with contracts management stakeholders across project functions and with consortium/JV partners, QHSE, legal, finance, business line management, EXCOM, and customers/clients.
  • •Contribute to annual business line budget, department goals and strategy, and general departmental improvements and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, legal, commercial, or quantity surveying) and 10 years of contracts management experience, plus 1–2 years of management experience.
  • •Proven contracts management experience in EPC/EPCI (Energy Transition) within onshore, offshore, subsea, or FPSO/FPU contexts.
  • •In-depth knowledge of EPC/EPCI project lifecycles across design, procurement, construction, and installation phases.
  • •Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, with the ability to analyze complex contract requirements and identify risks.
  • •Proficiency using contract management software and MS Office Suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
