Serve as a clinically grounded product partner for enterprise EHR solutions, shaping product direction, workflows, requirements, and release outcomes. Bridge clinical practice and product functionality by translating customer needs into actionable product input for TrakCare and IntelliCare. Collaborate across development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering, while acting as the internal voice of the customer and subject matter expert across key healthcare domains.

•Contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap of InterSystems EHR products, including feature design, workflow definition, user interaction, and requirements.
•Collaborate cross-functionally across development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering to drive successful releases.
•Engage with healthcare customers and end users to understand clinical and operational workflows, translate needs into product requirements, and maximize customer value from TrakCare.
•Act as the internal “voice of the customer,” using clinical and healthcare domain expertise to guide product design, prioritization, and decisions.
•Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare domains and monitor industry trends, including regulatory changes and evolving clinical practices.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical informatics, with education in a health-related discipline or health informatics.

•Strong domain expertise and understanding of real-world healthcare workflows and EHR use.
•Experience working with healthcare application design, configuration, optimization, or implementation (industry or provider organization).
•Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both clinical and technical audiences.
