Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and assess vehicle damage caused by all types of accidents
  • •Estimate vehicle repair costs and negotiate equitable settlements
  • •Partner with other adjusters and supervisors to work with body shops, rental partners, and parts providers
  • •Auto Damage Adjusters will travel within their assigned territory to body shops, salvage and tow yards, and at times customers homes to write estimates, inspect damage, and interact with the public face-to-face
  • •Adjusters work independently and with their team to ensure that appointments and customer follow up are handled in a timely manner
