Job Summary

Join the Infrastructure team at an AI startup to design, manage, and scale the underlying infrastructure for research, training, and delivery of agent-based AI services. You’ll ensure robust observability, collaborate on multi-tenant and on-prem APIs, and help deploy distributed systems across cloud environments while enabling researchers and engineers to access powerful infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Designing and managing the infrastructure to support research efforts in Model and Agent development, incl. training infrastructure, data pipelines and inference.
•Product Engineering efforts on the agent platform including client-facing APIs and agent runtimes within multi-tenant and on-prem deployment scenarios.
•Setup and maintain observability and monitoring strategies.
•Collaborate on deploying distributed systems on public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•Champion and implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration to support scalable services.

•MUST HAVE: Good knowledge of a modern programming language (ideally Python or JS/Typescript)
