Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, execute, and maintain SPS implementation plans with leadership to drive training and ongoing process improvements.
  • •Review monthly trip reports, implementation plans, and scorecards to ensure compliance to plan.
  • •Train, coach, and educate plant associates on reducing zero-based losses and improving KPIs including OEE, quality, waste reduction, safety, and operating costs.
  • •Lead pillar and machine team communication board reviews and schedule/exe­­cute engagement visits with defined agendas.
  • •Provide one-on-one feedback to plant/mill managers, support corrective action plans, and drive standardization of SPS processes, metrics, and communication formats across plants and division.
