TICKET TAKER AND USHER SUPERVISOR FOR MUSIC VENUE

Supervise and coordinate Guest Services activities within the venue, supporting a team that provides exceptional guest service. Train staff on event-specific details, assign and schedule team duties, and manage shift needs like breaks. Assist management with compliance to venue policies and safety regulations, oversee assignments and productivity during the shift, and participate in venue sustainability and end-of-show closing tasks.
