Job Summary

Plan and optimize offshore personnel for the Production Enhancement PSL by coordinating schedules, crew changes, training, and competency tracking. Maintain and update personnel data and planning tools, ensure accurate timesheets, and manage man-year allocation to maximize offshore utilization while minimizing overtime. Coordinate equipment scheduling in SAP/S4, support operations with loadouts, and procure contractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with onshore Engineers and offshore Service Leaders to plan and optimize personnel within the PSL.
•Coordinate offshore personnel schedules, training, and crew changes in collaboration with the customer.
•Track employee competency, courses, and certificates; book flights, helicopters, hotels, and courses; maintain personnel data.
•Update the personnel planning tool, crew change sheets, and documents; review offshore timesheets monthly for accuracy.
•Manage man-year allocation and offshore day utilization to minimize overtime; handle equipment scheduling in SAP/S4 and assist loadouts with engineers; procure contractors when needed.

Key Requirements

•Technical education, preferably in mechanical or petroleum.
•Excellent computer/data skills, including Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and basic system searching.
•Very good knowledge of the Oil Service Agreement framework.
•Ability to work with short deadlines and strong organizational skills with effective collaboration and support to other departments.
•Norwegian and English language skills; able to work independently.
