Job Summary

Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models in Snowflake to enable enterprise reporting, analytics, AI, and reusable data products. Translate business requirements into scalable structures aligned with governance and enterprise architecture principles. Partner with architects, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders on business analysis, data architecture, migration/reconciliation, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration, using dimensional modelling and Data Vault approaches.

Key Responsibilities

•Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models in Snowflake to support enterprise reporting, analytics, AI, and data products.
•Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable data structures aligned to business processes, governance, and enterprise architecture.
•Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure reusable, trusted data assets.
•Own data migration and reconciliation activities as part of modelling and delivery.
•Ensure data quality and assurance, including data governance elements like metadata management and data lineage.

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 5–8 years in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles, including 2+ years working with Snowflake.
•Strong experience designing data models for Snowflake, with expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.
•Advanced SQL skills to validate and analyze data structures.
•Experience with dimensional modelling (Kimball), Data Vault, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
