•Translate commercial opportunities, producer forecasts, and system constraints into project scopes, capital estimates, schedules, and execution recommendations.
•Develop early project concepts and evaluate pipeline and facility alternatives, aligning scope, cost, schedule, and business drivers with stakeholders.
•Lead project definition, cost basis, schedule alignment, gate deliverables, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
•Lead gathering system modeling, volume forecast validation, hydraulic analysis, and pressure/capacity evaluations to inform project scope and commercial decisions.

•Strong understanding of natural gas gathering systems and operational constraints.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
•Experience with hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., Synergi Gas) and analysis/reporting using Excel, Power BI, VBA, or Python.
