Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead due diligence on external managers, focusing on private markets (private credit, private equity, real assets) and listed/leveraged credit strategies.
  • •Conduct end-to-end manager underwriting (strategy assessment, team review, underwriting process, portfolio construction, risk analysis, track record and attribution evaluation).
  • •Lead meetings with General Partners (GPs) and maintain ongoing manager relationships.
  • •Synthesize findings into investment recommendations, including investment committee materials, due diligence reports, memos, and client-facing content.
  • •Support portfolio construction and monitoring, including asset allocation inputs across public/private markets and identification of emerging risks or style drift.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in manager research and fund due diligence, private credit and/or broader credit investing (multi-asset or portfolio construction is a plus).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead GP meetings and diligence processes independently and translate analysis into clear, defensible recommendations.
  • •Strong analytical and modeling skills, including performance and risk analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client interaction.
