Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operations across NALA deployments by partnering with internal deployment teams and third-party resources to ensure smooth execution and resolve operational gaps.
  • •Own the end-to-end operational process for NALA vendors and contractors, including resource requests, onboarding, documentation and contracts coordination, system setup, deployment readiness, rotations, tracking, and offboarding.
  • •Coordinate asset allocation, scheduling, and 24/7 shift rotations across NALA deployments, identifying coverage gaps and working with deployment teams for appropriate field support.
  • •Serve as an operational point of contact for NALA Professional Services vendors and contractors, aligning communication and processes, tracking training and deployment readiness, and supporting partner performance management.
  • •Run and improve operational workflows and systems, leveraging automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and enhance data quality, while maintaining trackers, dashboards, reports, and metrics.

Salary: USD 124,000 - 195,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in operations, field operations, logistics, project coordination, Professional Services operations, or a related area in a digital environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) or equivalent experience in Operations, Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar area.
  • •Experience handling advanced operational workflows involving multiple partners, teams, and systems.
  • •Strong analytical skills using operational data, dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience using technology, automation, and AI tools to improve process efficiency.
