Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical operations at various plants to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation and guide engineering direction to site leadership.
  • •Collaborate on complex project design and commissioning; oversee feasibility reviews and review engineering designs and economic justification for modifications.
  • •Track plant performance parameters, coordinate testing to determine root causes, and identify process improvements to enhance availability and heat rate.
  • •Support budgeting and financial analysis, including annual requirements, spend analysis/variance reporting, and business plan/capital expense budget development.
  • •Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, provide technical support/training to junior staff, and assist with hiring and preventive maintenance planning.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering or a technical degree.
  • •5+ years of experience in power, chemical, or industrial plants working with boilers, turbines, heat exchangers, condensers, and related equipment.
  • •Previous experience overseeing technical or O&M teams (team leader or higher).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and PI Processbook.
