Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete two rotations across different RDA teams over the 2-year programme to build breadth for future leadership roles.
  • •Work on technical and lab-based environments supporting Kerry’s innovation pipeline for sustainable nutrition.
  • •Explore how ingredients, processes, and emerging technologies can improve taste, nutrition, functionality, and sustainability.
  • •Conduct bench-scale and pilot-scale trials to test and validate new biotech technologies and support manufacturing readiness.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic projects with Development, Application, Food Craft, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Be ambitious, open-minded, and ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects.
  • •Be fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Use data, digital tools, and AI thoughtfully to improve how products are developed, tested, and scaled.
  • •Be eligible to work permanently in Europe and be open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
