Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets.
  • •Lead residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage (including works such as highways, utilities, remediation, public realm, bridges, and enabling upgrades).
  • •Establish and maintain project processes and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Monitor and report project progress and performance indicators; prepare and present formal progress and other reports.
  • •Manage and coordinate clients, contractors, and designers; attend meetings, chair them, and draft minutes; prepare written project communications; manage and mitigate risks and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant qualification in construction, real estate, planning, or engineering.
  • •Extensive experience in the engineering and construction sector, particularly residential-led or mixed-use projects (enabling stage).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle, including business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, and handover.
  • •CDM/site health and safety knowledge.
  • •Excellent communication and strong leadership skills, including ability to solve problems and think strategically with multiple stakeholders.
