Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of lawyers across Europe, fostering a high-performance and solutions-oriented culture.
•Oversee all legal matters for marketplace sellers, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and sanctions management.
•Advise on EU product compliance, covering safety standards, labeling, packaging waste, and ecodesign requirements.
•Provide guidance on cross-border trade, including the EU–Turkey Customs Union, import duties, and IOSS/OSS schemes.
•Manage payment regulation compliance and lead contract negotiations with Payment Service Provider (PSP) partners.

Key Requirements

•Law degree from a recognized institution; bar admission is considered a strong advantage.

•Deep knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks applicable to e-commerce, marketplaces, and international trade.
•Expert ability to negotiate complex, multi-party commercial contracts within international corporate structures.
