Build and expand the supplier base and product selection via local and international sourcing, ensuring competitive prices and reliable inventory flow. Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, reduce wastage, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to deliver category strategy and margin improvements.
