Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with FinOps and Financial Data teams to optimize core accounting processes and drive a low-touch, continuous close using automation tools like Workday Accounting Center and Workiva.
  • •Partner with Tax and FinOps teams to maintain a scalable intercompany framework and review reconciliations.
  • •Act as SPOC for Group External Auditors, lead audit readiness, manage group audit deliverables, and participate in audit firm rotation.
  • •Own the monthly consolidated P&L one pager and build validation tools to produce it with clear business context for variances.
  • •Own month-end close activities, including coordination and setting consolidated and regional materiality thresholds; review and approve balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, or external audit (Big 4 experience is a strong plus).
  • •Strong IFRS knowledge and experience managing complex external audits.
  • •Experience managing complex multi-entity global accounting, intercompany settlements, cross-border flows, and transfer pricing.
  • •Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively identify challenges.
  • •Track record in process optimization and automation, including experience with Workday, Workday Accounting Center, Workiva, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
