Key Requirements

  • •Around 5–8 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
  • •Strong track record shipping customer-facing products from concept to launch, with clear explanations of technical decisions and learnings.
  • •Comfort working through ambiguity and solving problems without predefined solutions.
  • •Strong technical depth with ability to dive into the details of your own work.
  • •Experience with React and TypeScript; experience building AI-powered products, conversational AI, communication platforms, or SMS/compliance systems is a plus.
