Job Summary

Lead implementation of Oracle EPM for the Unified Financial Systems (UFS) project, including EPBCS, FCCS, EDM, and PCMCS. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, partner with internal finance/technology teams and an SI partner, and provide training to the global finance team. After go-live, manage the EPM architecture and deliver ongoing support, enhancements, and process improvements in collaboration with CFO stakeholders.

•Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Oracle EPM solutions.

•Act as the primary finance point of contact for the EPM initiative and mentor team members.
•Partner with CFO stakeholders to develop processes using Oracle capabilities and stay current with Oracle EPM advancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar discipline.
•10+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions.

•Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, multidimensional databases, and integration architectures.
•Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and close processes.
